Reka Lumina was entrusted with a two-phase transformation project at Hotel Sama-Sama, aimed at revitalizing key exterior elements to enhance the guest experience and aesthetic value of the property. Phase 1 focused on structural reinforcement and groundwork, including the construction of a robust retaining wall, wall tiling, demolition, backfilling, and precision retaining wall tile installation. This foundational work was essential in stabilizing the landscape and preparing for aesthetic upgrades. Phase 2 transitioned into architectural enhancement, where we integrated custom CNC panels, contemporary light fittings, and elegant poolside floor tiling. These upgrades brought a refined and modern ambiance to the leisure area, aligning with Hotel Sama-Sama’s brand of premium hospitality. From structural execution to visual refinement, this project demonstrates Reka Lumina’s commitment to high-quality workmanship and detail-oriented delivery for Malaysia’s premier hospitality spaces.
