Razif is the Founder and Managing Director of Reka Lumina Sdn Bhd, with over 20 years of experience across the business, government, and construction sectors. He began his entrepreneurial journey in the multimedia industry at the age of 19, producing TV animation series, video documentaries, and interactive educational content for Radio Televisyen Malaysia (RTM), the Ministry of Education Malaysia, and other government agencies. He later expanded into F&B operations, operating multiple Oldtown White Coffee franchise outlets, notably at Bandar Baru Bangi and Alamanda Putrajaya. In addition to his local ventures, Razif was actively involved in the international freight forwarding sector, managing export and shipping operations between the United Kingdom and Malaysia through Malaysia Express Shipping (UK) Ltd and Edaran Express International (UK) Ltd. His work included overseeing air and sea freight logistics, parcel forwarding, personal effects shipments for students, and vehicle shipping, strengthening his cross-border trade and operational management experience. Razif served as a Special Tasks Officer to the Minister of Science, Technology, and Innovation (MOSTI), supporting initiatives in homegrown innovation, technology commercialization, biotechnology, space exploration, and cybersecurity development. In the construction sector, he was involved with Tim Sekata Sdn Bhd, a Bumiputera G7 construction company and JV partner to Bina Puri Berhad for projects including the High Speed Rail development in Thailand and the LRT Ampang Line Extension. Razif holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the Paris Graduate School of Management of Ecole Supérieure de Gestion Commerce International (ESGCI), along with certifications in Business Analysis (RBA), International Project Management (CIPM), and Applied Artificial Intelligence (IBM). His multidisciplinary background strengthens Reka Lumina’s focus on strategic execution, operational excellence, and client-driven project delivery.
Kai Meng is the Founder / Executive Director of Reka Lumina Sdn Bhd, with over 20 years of experience in architecture, interior design, construction coordination, and project management across hospitality, commercial, and residential developments. He holds a Diploma in Interior Design from SAITO College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR). In his role at Reka Lumina, he leads the design and build division, overseeing concept development, detailed design execution, site implementation, and quality assurance across all project phases. Kai Meng has contributed to numerous high-profile projects, including assignments for Pan-Pacific Hotel, J.W. Marriott Hotel, KL International Airport (KLIA), Traders Hotel, Malaysian Petroleum Club at PETRONAS Twin Towers, and Hotel Sama Sama KLIA. His works have been featured in design publications, and he has received multiple awards from the IIDA InteriCAD NIPPON PAINT ID Awards, including recognition for Best 3D Design and Top Rising Star Designer. His extensive background in design leadership, construction execution, and project delivery strengthens Reka Lumina’s capability to deliver integrated, innovative, and client-focused solutions.
